Amaziah was a good king of Judah. he obeyed and followed the Lord. The high places, however were not removed.

Uzziah was a good king. He did what was right in the sight of the Lord just like his father, Amaziah. King Azariah of Judah (also known as King Uzziah) was a good king, he did not remove the high places and the people continued to offer sacrifices and incense there. The Lord afflicted Uzziah with leprsoy because he became proud and entered the temple of the Lord to burn incense on the altar of incense. He reigned during the times of Isaiah. After Uzziah died Isaiah had the vision in the Temple when he saw God. Isaiah 6.

In 2Chronicles 27.1-4, 7-9; 2 Kings 15.33-38, Jotham was king of Judah and he was a good king. He obeyed the Lord like his father Uzziah did. He did not remove the high places and the people continued to offer sacrifices and incense there.
